First and foremost, thank you for entrusting us with your pet’s care. It is a responsibility we take very seriously, and hope to continue to work with you closely as a family unit to ensure the best possible care for all of you.
On arrival, you will be greeted by one of our friendly client care coordinators who will confirm your contact information and your pet’s details. After settling into one of our examination rooms, you will be introduced to one of our technicians who will obtain a complete history, perform a brief physical exam and record your pet’s vital health parameters. They will then confer with your veterinarian on why you are here with your pet that day.
Next, your veterinarian will perform a complete physical exam, confirm any history questions, and report their physical exam findings. Depending on the reason for your visit, further recommendations or treatment plans may be discussed.
